Taylor-Swift

Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country music singer and songwriter, whose stories of young heartache achieved widespread popularity in the first decade of the 21st century. Swift's passion for music was evident when she was a young age. From plays for children to performing before thousands, Swift made rapid progress. Swift in 2011, aged 11 at the time, performed The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers' basketball match. The year after that she started writing her own music. Swift wrote original songs inspired by the country music of musicians such as Shania Twain (now known as the Chicks), and Dixie Chicks. Her material reflected Swift's experiences with tweens being apathetic. When she was 13 Swift's parents sold their property in Pennsylvania and moved to Hendersonville Tennessee so she could spend more time in courting the country music labels in nearby Nashville.
